What does quality mean to Philbrooks?
1. All canvas work produced is reinforced and top quality.
2. We exclusively use "Tenara" (Gortex style) thread, which is guaranteed against almost everything.
3. There is PVC reinforcement in all the seams. It can't be seen because it is sewn in. This is a standard on all work.

INTERIORS
Soft covering, settees, couches, chairs, pillows, cushions, and all other upholstery

We maintain an inventory of samples to choose from. One of the most popular is the selection of imitation leather available now. It is about a quarter of the price of real leather, comes on a roll instead of an irregular shape, has the appearance and feel of real and is UV resistent, while real leather isn't always!

EXTERIORS
Boat tops: biminis, dodgers, enclosures, and sunscreen covers. We prefer to use strataglass for the windows of the enclosures, which is a 40 gauge vinyl.

Our material of choice for exteriors is 'Sunbrella', solution dyed acrylic, because of its properties of longevity, it always looks nice, there is a large array of colours, it stores easily, and it is UV resistent.

We make custom patterns and take the project through from conception to completion.

We recommend using Mermaid Cleaning products - they are biodegradable, maintain your asset's value and remove roof particles. (It's great for those pesky bird droppings too!)
